Welcome!

Thank you and

Welcome to the family!

At Prizm, we seek to provide the best quality of care for our patients with the hopes of improving our patient’s quality of life. Our referring physicians provide a vital part in accomplishing our goal. The relationship we build between provider and patients is as important as the relationship between provider and provider. In order to best achieve the quality of care we believe our patients deserve we actively seek to keep our referring physicians and primary care providers involved with their patients plan of care and progress.

In order to best keep our referring physicians involved we seek to build a lasting relationship with the patient. Building on trust, open communication and confidence in our abilities we aim to work together with our patients as a team. Working together as a team our patients and their families are able to enjoy the peace of mind knowing their wellbeing is at the forefront of their treatment.

The relationships we build with family and friends is just as important to our team as the relationship with our patients. We understand that living with chronic pain is an everyday task. Without the support of loved ones living with chronic pain cannot be easily accomplished. Often when entering our office you’ll hear our staff asking after parents, siblings, children and close family friends. We are invested because for us our patients are like family.

Thank you for joining us in our first edition of our quarterly newsletter. We are proud and excited you’ve decided to join us. Thank you for choosing to join our family.

From the Editor’s Desk - -

For the first time, Prizm is happy to introduce a quarterly newsletter. Our first issue, while short and sweet, is a project we’ve been hoping to accomplish for a while. Included in this issue we are happy to welcome you to our family and present how we started off our year. Additionally, we found it fun to introduce you to a vital piece of our team and helpful hints for patients and physicians to getting through these long winter months. Finally, we know how hard New Year’s resolutions are, so we are happy to provide some yummy, healthy dinner ideas.

Of course, as we grow we’d be happy for your feedback, insights, and thoughts. Please visit our website for contact information or email [email protected] with your suggestions.
