beings, just like the rest of us. The biggest difference is the successful ones often have private jets and big bank accounts. However, their bodies still need the same building blocks that you or I need to produce successful movement. Everybody’s golf swing will reflect what he or she can physically do. What I mean by that is I don’t need to see you swing to tell you what your golf swing looks like. Because it’s simple, if certain joints don’t move well or certain joints don’t stabilize well you will compensate in a predictable manner to produce a swing. It is these compensations that lead to losses in power and increase your risk for injury. Stop guessing why your back hurts when you swing. Stop guessing why you can’t make that swing change you’ve been working on for the last five years. Chances are you have physical limitations preventing your progress. A physical assessment from a trained professional can get you back on track. The best players in the world get assessed multiple times a year, why wouldn’t you? And the best news, you don’t have to stop going to Red Lobster. Twenty-two of the top thirty-five players in the world have a TPI certified expert on their team. You don’t need to be a top player in the world to have access to these services. I have launched a new Golf Medicine Program at Sport Manitoba’s Sport Medicine Centre in the Canada Games Sport for Life Centre on Pacific Avenue for people just like you. Book a golf assessment with me and I will identify your limitations and help you correct them.
