Challenges
“ Financial stability of the club is the focus for all our activity over the next 5 years and beyond so one of the biggest challenges is ensuring the existing
membership understands the importance of making a profit so that we can run the club and repay our debts . Unfortunately membership fees alone are not enough !”
Ambitions
“ Our ambitions are to grow our membership from 417 to 500 ( to include 10 new full members year on year ). We also want to increase bookings of the function suite / meeting room from 0 to 12 in year 1 , 12 to 24 in year 2 , 24 to 36 in year 3 , 36 to 48 in year 4 and from 48 to 60 in year 5 . Another aim is to increase green fees year on year by £ 1k per annum . Finally , we aim to ensure we retain our existing team of staff who are a huge asset to the club and are well liked and supported by our members .”
