Although Batman has appeared in numerous video games over the years,
from side-scrolling beat ‘em ups, to educational games and LEGO Batman, the
most critically acclaimed and successful versions have been the more recent
releases by Rocksteady and then Warner Bros. which were more in line with
the Christopher Nolan films in terms of their dark theme and content. We
could spend pages just listing the various Batman games throughout the years,
but instead we’re going to focus on just these three. Because we can.
