Would you run your own business?

Travel the world?

Marry the man of your dreams or drive that really awesome car you’ve been dreaming about for yearsssss?

Hire (yes, hire) a personal chef AND a housekeeper? (sign me up!)

Would you simply love yourself as you are in this moment? No negative self-talk bringing you down.

No fear seizing your chest. No anger welling up inside at the unfairness of it all.

You can have all of this, and more, or less, if you want. It won’t happen overnight, despite what some gurus out there tell you. It takes more than just sheer will-power or thinking it into existence. But

if I can do it, so can you.

If you’re truly ready for a life YOU control, that YOU design, start with these 5 super simple acts:

1.Stop the noise.

Give yourself 15 min a day to sit quietly. Journal or meditate to connect with your heart and soul to listen, finally listen, to what your intuition is telling you.

2.Say no.

You don’t have to keep piling things onto your plate to prove your worth or status

in life. If you don’t have time to do what you want to do, it’s time to say no to

what you don’t want to do. When we decide to go to school, work, look after our family, add another interesting side course, take up a hobby or sport… this is staying so busy we don’t connect to what we are feeling inside.

Pick what is important and let the rest

3.Pay attention to what you eat.

You are what you eat. Eating a well-balanced diet and limiting sugar and processed foods is really important for your health, and your health is really important for feeling well.

When you feel well, you’re more likely to accomplish your goals.

4.Make new friends.

We are the average of the 5 people we are around the most. Consider the good and the bad about the people you hang out with.
