How we do one this is how we do everything. I started to notice that I was practicing similar behaviors in my health, relationships, and work.

As I became clear with my health, it gave me the courage to reevaluate other things that were not serving me and slowly change them as well.

I have seen that aligning my health was the key I needed to align all other areas of my life. Getting clear on my health goals allowed me to improve my relationships.

Saying yes to my health helped me create clear boundaries with other challenging things in my life that hadn’t been going well.

Being relentless in the pursuit of my own wellness, allowed me quit a job I didn’t like and become my own boss (something that I had always wanted but didn’t think possible).

There is such freedom that comes from feeling like you are moving towards integrity in all areas of your life.

How we feel in our bodies dictates so much of our experience and the work we do in the world.

The time is now for you to step into full alignment with your health, so that you can carry out all the work you are being called to with ease!

I want to do what it takes to help you reach your highest health!

Tips:

1) Drink More Water! I cannot understate this enough! Water helps our skin, helps with elimination, and helps us feel vibrant!

Shoot for between 64 to 120 oz a day.

2) Get Moving! Focus on movement that helps you feel alive, not as a form of torture or punishment to your body.

We want to move from looking at movement as a major weight loss tool, and really use it to help relieve stress from our lives.

You will be much more likely to continue moving if it is an activity that you really like!

3) Focus On Nutrition! We tend to see nutrition as the food and drink that we choose, but it is so much more than that.

Whether you realize it or not everything you “ingest” has an effect on your health
