In 1997, I went on the trip of a lifetime... backpacking around Europe for 5 weeks with a college friend.

I thought that this would probably be the only time in my life that I’d be able to travel to Europe.

I was terrified that our plane would crash into the ocean, but I decided that I would rather die going for my dream then live my whole life in fear.

I still remember coming upstairs from the metro in La Puerta del Sol in Madrid on a sunny day and seeing the big Tio Pepe billboard across the square.

I could hardly believe I was really there!

And it was on that trip that I had a realization that would change my life forever...

Travel didn’t have to be an allusive “once in a lifetime” opportunity. It was simply a matter of setting aside time, saving up money, and going.

Since then, I’ve seen the sunrise from the top of both Mt. Fuji in Japan and Mt. Sinai in Egypt.

I’ve played with tigers in Thailand, explored Machu Picchu without another person in sight.

I've participated in a high-level mastermind on billionaire Sir Richard Branson’s private island, Necker Island.

And while my formula of “set aside time, save money, and go” is simple, sometimes it’s easier said then done.

The problem today is that 76% of people in the United States are living paycheck-to-paycheck (or client-to-client, in the case of entrepreneurs).

This doesn’t take into consideration the people who are behind on their bills or those in financial crisis.

Most of the women entrepreneurs that I work with love what they do, but want to make more money with less time, effort, and stress.

They want to travel and have fun now as well as have financial freedom and security for the future.

So how do you bridge that gap?

It requires a shift in consciousness from operating in The Poverty Cycle to operating in The Prosperity Cycle.

You don’t have to live below the poverty line to be in The Poverty Cycle.

In fact, you can be making millions of dollars and still be trapped in The Poverty Cycle without even realizing it.

The Poverty Cycle describes that feeling of being a hamster on a wheel, running and running and still not getting anywhere... the experience of never-ending stress and struggle.

In The Prosperity Cycle, you experience greater and greater freedom, expansion, ease and peace.

The tricky part is that the default setting of a human being in our Money-Market System is The Poverty Cycle.
