This may work for a while and it does work for people with chronic pain for instance, when it is too hard to stay in your body all day, but it is not taking away the problem.

It doesn't take away the fact that you need to move around.

It doesn't take away the fact you need to take care of your body in order to move forward in a balanced, more energized way.We so often think they will help us work harder, longer, faster, ... ?

The best results don't come from pushing but from letting things flow.

Not in a 'secret' kind of way of believing they will magically appear.

But as in allowing the creative and manifesting energy to flow through your body as well.

When you just do an alignment or meditation your mind will think it gets it.

It will think you master this.

But this energy will get stuck in the first block in your body, usually around the neck and shoulders.

So your new insights will work for a while but won't create lasting changes.

Or you will be able to finish your project and create that successful launch but than be too tired to enjoy your results or repeat this again and again.

So what's the solution?

1. Breathing. Sometimes the simplest things in life are forgotten. And yet it is so important and powerful.

2. Start moving from your center.
