In relaxation therapy we use something called the stress curve.

On normal days, sitting in our coach, we'd have zero stress. We are in rest mode.

Then something happens and our stress and tension level rises.

We can have both positive and negative stress. Positive stress is for instance when we are launching a new project or making a career shift.

This is good, it keeps us sharp, as long

as it doesn't last too long.

And here's where the getting stuck comes in again.

If we get stuck in creation mode or keep dreaming without seeing any real results, tension starts to build up just like the stress of a hectic day job.

This happens while we are trying to take care of the kids, the house,

maybe other family members too,...

If this continues we start to feel physical tension.

Now here's the interesting part: the advice many people in the spiritual world is to sit and meditate or

connect with something outside yourself.

For most people this will only make things worst.

In a normal healthy situation we have an energy field around our entire body and no I am not going to start talking about shielding yourself from bad influences.

With a normal energy field I mean there is flow in your body.

Your energy gets divided and stress and tension are released on a cellular level.

When we get stuck and have trouble turning our dreams into existence, it's often because we have lost that connection to our body.

Nowadays at least 95% of the general population is living inside their head and will have their energy bubble only around that part of their body too.

When you are being asked to meditate or connect to something outside of your body you are even transporting that energy bubble outside of yourself too.
