SPECTACULAR MAGAZINE (SM): Describe what makes you a successful leader in the category for which you
were honored?
Terry Williams Spicer (TWS): My personal and professional mantra is to “gift all of my efforts every day
back to God in true appreciation and honor of the trust that He continues to instill in me with His gifts
of graceful opportunity!” Serving community with commitment and passion as my “neighbor’s keeper”
has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember because it is what was raised to understand,
know and practice. I was also taught that success comes with deliberate attention to every detail and
relentless excellence and I work with deliberate diligence in this regard to impact the lives of cancer

to work to provide this service as a lift in the life of a cancer patient is my honor and true privilege.

the needs of the greater community is my anointed mandate and it is my belief that I am
required to be of service to my community; that will never change.

know because she would literally make wha
