I’m the only diver who does a running take-off at the moment but I think other divers will start to follow because as the limit is getting pushed you need to use as much force as you can. “I started doing a run last year and I’m starting to get more and more comfortable but I’m still a little bit nervous about that. It’s just a lot of dive. If I get a bad take-off it’s going to be very difficult to enter the dive.
