cranberry
growers are projecting the
state will be the country’s
top cranberry-producing
state for the 19th consecutive year at 4.9 million barrels.
The U.S. Department of
Agriculture predicts Wisconsin’s crop will be 5%
higher than last year’s harvest of 4.65 million barrels.
A barrel is equivalent to
100 pounds of berries.
