The department is headed by Sheriff Joseph Fath. Operations Captain is Russell Kennedy and William Weiss is the Jail Administrator. Dale
Soltow is the Communications Lieutenant and James Galloway is the
Emergency Management Director. In addition, there are six lieutenants,
five detective sergeants, 19 deputies, three part-time deputies, four jail
sergeants, 15 correctional officers, two part-time correctional officers, one
telecommunications sergeant, 11 telecommunications officers and two law
enforcement clerks.
In 2012, the total number of complaints received was 17,271. Of the
