Progress — 2014 Page 11 Re/Max Property Pros opens new office Open house set in late spring Julie Winter-Paez and Judy Barr, brokers/owners of the new Re/Max Property Pros LLC in Eagle River, offer a full-service real estate brokerage in a new building along Highway 70 West. “We just moved into our new office building loaded with state-of-the-art technology at 888 W. Pine St. and are super excited to offer the North Woods a forward-thinking real estate office focusing on the consumer and how they search for real estate,” said Barr. “We work for both buyers and sellers and strive to offer the best customer service imaginable,” added Winter-Paez. Re/Max Property Pros officially moved into its new office Dec. 15, 2013. The daily office operations are under the direction of Marie Torres and Wendy Ebert. The sales team includes Winter-Paez, Barr, the Merz-Goldsworthy team, Barb Sass Yoder, Greg Yoder, Lisa Eggman, Debbie Van Caster, Gary LeMoine, Cassandra Reid and, most recently, Karen Margelofsky. “We specialize in everything and we recruit full-time agents with education experience,” said Barr. “This shows in our list-to-sell ratios and overall sales volume.” Winter-Paez and Barr, who have 30 years of real estate experience between them, started Re/Max Property Pros Nov. 15, 2012. “In our first full year in business, we were No. 3 in the Greater Northwoods Multiple Listing Service (MLS), we were the No. 1 brokerage for Vilas County and Judy and I were named Wisconsin Brokers of the Year by Re/Max North Central,” said WinterPaez. “A Re/Max Property Pros agent sells twice as much as the average agent in our MLS.” The new office features a very comfortable lobby and two conference rooms. “We really tried to focus on making the potential client comfortable while we assist them here at Re/Max,” said Winter-Paez. “And for those who want to search for new property, the new office features touch-screen technology.” “This allows you to search for a home like you would in your living room — online — not through a picture board,” said Barr. “We are lo
