Plated Dinners consist of three courses: Salad, Entrée & Dessert. One salad and one dessert course
is included in the price of the entrée, unless a supplemented price is stated. All Plated Dinners
include regular & decaffeinated coffee, traditional & herbal teas, artisan rolls & butter.
