Today, across the world, in industries which range from life sciences to energy, more and more organisations are looking to use recruitment technology systems to save time and increase efficiency. Mane has continued to invest throughout 2016 in Socium managed services, an enhanced system able to track applicant flow and manage online timesheets. This new cloud based platform has some great added functionality allowing clients to view tailor made reports on all key recruitment and spend metrics. Clients now have much greater visibility of their workforce details including the tracking of certificate expiration. Needless to say it all works on mobile devices too!
This year also saw the launch of our new website where you can browse through a media hub, view recent projects supplied and read some genuine client and candidate testimonials.
Away from technology our new office in the Philippines shows our commitment to supporting our global clients, we always aim to offer a supportive professional service to all our clients regardless of location.
At home here in HQ – London our new IT division has had some early notable client wins in the Travel and Finance technology sectors focused on Data Science and Information Security. To make things even better we have successfully retained a 3 star rating in the most recent Best Companies survey and made the top 100 in the UK, something I think we can all be proud of.
Moving on from the political turmoil of 2016, I am confident that by continuing to develop and invest in our people and technology we will achieve great things in 2017 and beyond.
