In the meantime, here are some tips to help you through your pregnancy…

1. Keep as mobile as possible; movement is really important for you and your baby so if you’re working at a desk all day make sure you take regular trips to the water machine (and therefore the toilet too!)

2. From the 3rd trimester, start to avoid long car journeys, sitting for a prolonged time, or slumping back in chairs too much . Avoid ‘bucket’ type seats , and start to think about sitting with your pelvis tilting forward

3. Gentle stretching everyday can help keep things moving and comfortable

4. Make sure you get fitted for a bra at least once (preferably more) during your pregnancy- as your breasts grow it places a lot of added strain on your upper back which can cause a great deal of discomfort

5. Investing in a ‘gym ball’ is a great idea; sit on that in the evenings when enjoying your favourite Netflix series!

6. Avoid crossing your legs or carrying a heavy handbag on one shoulder
