You may not have come across the magazine Families South West—yet. This lovely free magazine is one of our favourite sources of local info. They list local events and things to do, many free. In the comprehensive "What’s on?" section, there is a "Babies and Toddlers" section, which lists what’s going on for little ones in museums and galleries or special events where toddlers are welcome, etc. Their holiday listings are super useful and there are always very interesting articles. Do look out for it, it’s available in playgroups, shops, baby friendly cafes, libraries, etc. Once you’ve found it you will see it everywhere you go and you’ll know why everyone is reading it.
