iWORLD What gives you the ideas for your chocolates? You mentioned growing up in lots of different countries. Sometimes it’s things I have around me. It might be ingredients in my kitchen or I could be going out to eat a meal with someone, it might pop up unexpectedly for example if you’re reading something. I went to boarding school and had horrible food to eat so I begged my mother to send me something tempting to enjoy eating. Chocolate was the food! I also loved Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and never stopped wanting to make my own chocolate too. Do you like eggs in shells as well? I do!
