Message from Editorial Team…
Welcome to the annual 2015-2016 issue of Spark, a magazine
curated by the students at Rajagiri International School with art,
designing, poetry and prose. This year as you flip through the pages
of the magazine, we hope you will take time on each page to pause
and enjoy every event. Each piece in the magazine took time to
create, edit and portray. We hope you will appreciate the effort of our
team as you go through the pages.
In 2015, there was a lot of excitement as the school took us to the
Gulf News Office. That was one of the days which held us in
fascination as we discovered novel ideas. We were guided there by
the Publishing Director, Editor-in-Chief of the Wheels magazine, and
Sub-Editor. We were taken on a tour around the office where we
met, talked to and took advice from the writing, designing and
fashion departments.
It was a very rewarding and enriching experience working on various
things as a team. Our teachers were our mentors and they helped us
wholeheartedly which we are very grateful for.
Overall, 2015 was a very momentous year for the Editorial Board,
one which we can never forget!
