In this respect, London is a magnet which attracts the best people from around Charity Ball So for all of you who have relocated to London in the past few years but have not yet engaged with our community yet, then please do so. Check out our website or send us an email and keep in touch with your community. SPA London holds a number of regular activities at our hall in Neasden and you are most welcome to join us: Many young people move to London after graduation or for a job change. London can be intimidating and indeed lonely for newcomers especially if you do not know too many people in the capital. • On the last Friday of each month we hold our “Friday Night Club”: A chance to unwind and reflect on the month just gone by. Once again a chance to meet new people in a relaxed social setting. The best way to get used to your new surroundings and new life here in London is to join in with the locals – i.e. join in with SPA London activities. • Finally, every Thursday evening, we host our very own Zumba class with a fully qualified teacher. Everybody is most welcome. the UK and indeed the world. So, the final message from the SPA London committee to all members, new and old and even those joining us in the future is “Welcome to London”. Regards, From the entire SPA London Committee. www.spalondon.org [email protected] Navratri 55 This is also true within our SPA community and is what makes London unique compared to other branches - many of our new members migrate to us from other SPA centres around the UK. • Every Wednesday we hold a 4 hour Social Club from 10am: Lots of activities, discussions with external experts and a chance to catch up with friends. We even go on regular trips from time to time. Everybody is welcome - young or old - anybody who is free during the day - unemployed, those who work from home or those who do not work.
