Guess which bus belongs to Walsall?
Enthusiastic Walsall Branch participants at the Sports Day
Jayantibhai Mistry did one better than his wife
Jasuben last year to take home the winners
shield for Carom this year. Summantbhai Mistry
made the long trip up from the south coast
to take the runners-up trophy in the over-40s
Table Tennis. Bharatbhai Mistry was runner-up
in Pool. An improvement from the 3 trophies
last year to 5 trophies this year, and out of only
13 entries, this is impressive for a small Samaj
branch. Guess who our coach is?

All of the participants did well in their
respective sports, and with the new practice
sessions Walsall branch are arranging in
collaboration with Shree Ram Mandir Walsall,
we hope to build on this success. A success
encouraged by the attendance at the Family
Fun Day and we eagerly anticipate increased
participation by our members in the coming
years at local and national level.
