Summer in the South means very hot and humid days that linger well into September so a cool treat is just one of the ways to try to beat the heat. Frozen Bananas From Nina at AmbrosiaBaking.com Ingredients • 3 medium bananas, peeled and cut in half • 12 oz dark chocolate, chopped • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil • assorted toppings (crushed pretzels, cookies, nuts, coconut, sprinkles, whatever you like!) • 6 popsicle sticks Directions Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Insert a popsicle stick about halfway into each cut-end of the bananas, and arrange them on the baking sheet. Freeze for at least 1 hour. 38
