COMM230
vocal performance: Russell Brand
COMM230: English Voices is designed to help students develop their ideas on
how humans use their voices to communicate; part of the module involves case
studies of particular speakers whose voices have been important to them in their
work or their public life. In this essay BA Communication Studies second-year
Madeleine O’Brien looks at part of Russell Brand’s 2009 New York City show.
