When Anne told me some of her stories I thought that she would be very hesitant and such but she never was. Everything that happened happened for a reason and they formed her into who she is.
She retired from being a librarian after 27 years, about 10 years ago from today.
Anne and Larry recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary and they are still happily together.
Anne recently hasn’t done much due to knee surgery, but she’s hoping that when summer comes she’ll be out and walking around again.
I got so much from Anne's stories but a few of the main takeaways from what Anne told me are, never give up because nothing lasts forever, be grateful because you don’t have enough time to not be, and lastly things will happen that are out of your control but you can get through it.
