Secondly and very intentionally, this shoot is a reversal of the cultural picture of gender roles in co-ed shoots. Typically culture displays a man as the superior with multiple women as his arm candy. However, at Sonder we are champions for female empowerment. Though our men have their time to shine, we reversed the roles in this shoot to have our men be the accessories and to give women center stage.
The goal of this shoot was twofold. First, to bring to life an editorial representation of some of the Pantone colors highlighted in this issue and showcase the spectrum of fashion that can incorporate its colors.
