Veg is a YouTube channel with around 190,000 subscribers
and 630,000-plus views per month. It aims to re-purpose
familiar favourites by recreating childhood and adult cravings
for people with sophisticated palettes and food-nerd
obsessions. The pitch is that every single recipe can be enjoyed
by vegans, vegetarians and omnivores.
