NERJA HISTORY GROUP
Nerja History Group is for anyone
interested in Spanish History. We have
lectures and trips each month. We are of
mixed nationalities and lectures are in
English. We call ourselves ‘enthusiastic
amateurs’ who enjoy friendly, monthly
social gatherings. Meetings are held at the
Cultural Centre, c/ Granada, Nerja. 11am-
1pm approx, usually on the first Friday of

NERJA PHILOSOPHICAL GROUP
All are welcome to our meeting on
Monday November 13 (a week earlier than
originally planned). The time is 11.30 am
and the venue is the Social Salon in
Capistrano Village, Nerja. We shall discuss
TOGS (possibly the friendliest Society on
the Costa) play every Sunday morning at
Baviera and welcome new members. Our
society is made up of males and females,
various nationalities and mixed abilities.

U3A EL MORCHE
The University of the Third Age (U3A) El
Morche uses the knowledge and skills of
its members to provide a variety of
every Tuesday. “We are a small branch
with a big heart”. You don’t have to have
been an ex- member of the armed forces
to join. Our aim is to have some fun,
quizzes, bingo, beetle? whilst making
money for the RBL Poppy Appeal.

NERJA BRANCH
The Branch holds lunch meetings at the
Hotel Al Andalus, Maro, on the third
learning and enjoyment groups. Groups Thursday of each month. Also at Pena
