Thank you from APA Nerja
It is with great pleasure I can confirm the amount raised last
month at the APA Nerja and Canis Connection Christmas show
was just over €3000. APA Nerja and Canis Connection would
like to say a massive thank you to everyone who came on the
day, we think everyone had an enjoyable day including all
those beautiful dogs who participated in the show. They would
also like to thank all the APA volunteers who were manning the
stalls, the tombola, raffle, bar, BBQ and serving paella. Thanks
to Val Thom for setting up a fantastic grotto, and thanks to
Santa and his little helpers for doing a brilliant job on the day,
thanks Mog, Karen and Kev. Thanks to the The Box Drum
Band and to Lee for supplying the Mics, background music and
Tweed creations for some fantastic photos. Thanks to the stall
holders for participating and making a donation. Thanks to
Food for Thought for supplying extra tables and chairs. Thanks
to the Town Hall for supplying tables, chairs and barriers for
arena. Thanks to Ayo for donating a delicious Paella. Thanks to
Augusto for making Migas. And to Jackie Downes for working
so hard getting sponsors, in
a short time she managed to
get each prize sponsored,
raising a fantastic €1240 just
in sponsorship - this is an
amazing achievement.

frisbee exhibition, which
was just amazing. Lastly, we
would like to say a massive
thank you to Cristina at Canis Connection, apart from all the
support and advice we receive from this great professional, she
opened the doors to her centre where we were able to host the
show. From all at APA Nerja we want to thank everyone for the
continuous support we receive, without which we would not be
able to continue. All the money raised will be going to paying
outstanding bills at the vets and dog residence.
