CORAXALIA CHOIR
Do you like singing? Would you like to
join a choir? We are inviting new singers
to become members of the local, long-
established choir, Coral Coraxalia under
the leadership of Eusebio Pita. Great,
friendly atmosphere, all nationalities,
good repertoire, performances and
concerts, social events, possible touring,

FERNANDO’S FRIENDS
A support group for people experiencing
loss (through death/ ill health/ loss of self-
esteem). Including volunteers, nurse,
psychologist and social worker. The aim is
to have a group of “friends” to support
each other through tough times, picking
up the phone just to say hello, sharing
information. We are looking for people
who are willing to support others, e.g. to
spend time with someone, provide lifts,
do practical things around the house. If

1pm. An opportunity to meet friends and
make new ones over a cup of coffee, tea

final episode of the series, he reveals how
the northern Spain has produced some of
the most dazzling and iconic art of the

Tuesday December 18 – Talk ‘Skipping
Rope & Opera House: Charm & Genius’.
A talk by James Taylor about the
astonishing musical gifts of young Alma
Deutscher. Alma wrote a full-length opera
“Cinderella” when she was only 12-years-
old. Followed by supper and a glass of
wine. Tickets €12. 5pm for 5.30pm.
