Iceland became the first country
in the world to enforce equal pay.
On January 1 st , Iceland stipulated a
new law which will make it
mandatory for private and public
companies with twenty five or
more employees to prove that their
salary structure is not biased by
gender. And the male and female
employees are paid fairly equally
pay
.
