Boiling Springs
Boiling Springs is without a doubt the fly fishing mecca of the area and has the only fly shop in the area, Yellow Breeches Outfitters. It was closed for remodeling during my visit. There are a scattering of Bed and Breakfast places to stay, gas station convenience stores for the trout bum necessities, (coffee and doughnuts), and a few places to eat including the Boiling Springs Tavern (built 1832) that has outstanding food and an awesome bar perfect for reflecting on the days fishing while enjoying your favorite adult beverage.
