Tying the

Cinnamon Karaoke Sculpin

Named this pattern while setting around the table at Dally's with Nathan and Chad. We all claim to not be very good at coming up with names, when this one just popped into my head and well, I kind of liked it. Just called it a pine squirrel sclupin before that.

A favorite streamer pattern especially in the winter. The hook style and weight position cause this pattern to stand up a little off the bottom making it more visible and easier for a fish to pick up. I like the white feather fins but other colors can be substituted as preferred. It’s about as easy a pattern to ty as it gets, which is just another reason I like it.

What You'll Need

Hook: DAIICHI 1730 (or bend your own hook)

Thread: 6/0 Brown

Hourglass weight: 5/32 Black

Tail and Body: Micro Pine Squirrel

Fins: 2 soft hackle hen saddle patch feather
