are good all on their own. A classic southern dish and they also play well with about any main dish. Settler Beans, fish, pork or even a good piece of beef can be complimented.

I prefer my tomatoes a little more on the ripe side. Using the ones that are just starting to show a little red on the outside. They have a little less zing to them.

Set out a platter of these beauties, especially with a few cold beers and watch them disapear.

Add some Chipotle sauce to take it to a whole new level or if your not into the heat try a little ranch dressing.
