Jim Stouffer
Grew up: Ridgedell, Missouri
Occupation: Manager Plateau Fly Shop Springfield, MO Since Nov. 1st 2012
Single with two dogs Foster and Robbie
Prior to becoming a Fly Shop manager, Jim was a Pastry Chef in San Francisco, then moved back to Springfield and worked at Hickory Hills Country Club for almost three years before becoming the manager of Plateau Fly Shop.
The Shuttlecock is the end product of 5 years of testing and tweeking. Jim describes this pattern as 1/3 Deceiver, 1/3 Hollow fleye and 1/3 Dead Head Minnow.
I just discribe it as awesome because it fools Smallmouth and a whole lot of other game fish.
