Ty in more strands of Crystal flash so they extend over the back. Ty in the strands at the 3/4 point, then fold the tag ends back over the top and secure with more thread wraps.
Ty in the Ice Chenille and palmer up to the back of the head.
Secure and trim the tag end.
Whip the thread to fish (I also apply some Gorilla glue to the thread and wrap 2 to 3 more time.
Apply some fabric paint to simulate eyes.
