Our interviews QUESTIONS FROM SPAIN TO POLAND by: Spanish team - How many breaks do you have? After each lesson. They are 5, 10 or 20 minutes long. - Don’t you have arts? We have got Art lessons but in the second and the third grade of junior high school. They are divided into 2 subjects: art (drawing) and music. - Is it difficult to study three languages? Yes, it is but we really have to study them hard because we have got exams on two levels. The exam is in the third grade. - What is “an hour with a teacher”? It’s a lesson with our class teacher. We are discussing our behaviour during the week, talking about important things, looking after our classroom, preparing decoration, planning class events, etc. A class teacher is responsible for contacts with our parents, the class documentation, printing certificates, etc. - Why do you start and finish at different hours? This is the school’s decision. The classrooms aren’t always free. We have got different clubs and they are before our lessons or after them. - Why do you have 5 or 10 minutes after each class? This is the school’s decision. We’ve got some time to move from one classroom to another, eat, talk, etc. The longest breaks last for 15 minutes. - How many assessments / terms do you have? There are two terms. The first one is between September and January, the second one between February and June. We have got a lot of tests and many ways of assessment during the term. Our progress is evaluated every day.  The school is using an electronic diary. - Are all your classes in the same class? No, they aren’t. We have got lessons in different classroms. There is English lab, Biology lab, Maths lab, etc.We have got our own swimming pool and some of our P.E. lessons are there. - Why don’t you learn Spanish?
