We cannot emphasise enough how important planning
“ahead of time” it will guarantee the success of your event
– especially the first one! Not giving yourself enough time
to talk about the event and enthuse your network will be
the downfall.
REMEMBER TO LEAVE TIME TO SELL
This is the mistake many people make – you must have
enough staff/helpers/family, or allow enough time,
during and at the end of the event to sell to your guests.
They are all going to want you and they are all going to
want you at the same time. Choose your helpers wisely.
Get that girlfriend that’s good at makeup, your daughter
and her friend. Get someone that can handle bookwork
and money.
TAKE THE MONEY AT THE EVENT
You want the money on the night/day. Do not let people
tell you “I’ll order next week” they must order and pay at
the event.
