Do You Know These

Richland County’s teeming metropolis of Boaz, population 156, is the home of
one of the most famous small town Little Free Libraries in Wisconsin. Thanks to
the initiative of the Boaz Boosters 4-H Club, this outpost of literature has inspired
many others throughout the state and in small towns across the country. It
was on the Jumbotron at the Mall of America…and featured in the awardwinning film named by a diminuative (look that up in your Funk & Wagnall’s,
ye wordsmiths!) Boaz film star who answered the question “Why do you love
this Little Free Library?”
Her answer: “Because it’s small!”
