2019 PERMANENT TEE TIMES PACKAGES AND INFORMATION
Available Packages What You Need to Know
The following packages are per person.
Choose any one of the following to be eligible
for one permanent tee time for the 2019
season. All players appearing on the
application must select one of the following: • Tee times begin May 4 and end September 1 for
18 weeks of play.
1. “The Birdie” $900 — Valid for one
permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday.
2. “The Par” $1120 — Valid for one permanent
tee time on Saturday or Sunday, plus 10
additional rounds.
3. “The Eagle” $1425 — Valid for one
permanent tee time on Saturday or Sunday
plus 25 additional rounds.
• All tee times are assigned by lottery. Groups
consisting of ALL Glenview Park District residents
receive two lottery tickets. Groups with three or less
Glenview Park District residents will receive one
lottery ticket.
• One Saturday/Sunday application can be
submitted for each foursome. A player name may
appear for each foursome if a “Weekend Warrior”
Fee has been paid.
• Weekly Player Substitutes – Occasional substitu-
tions for Season Pass Holders allowed in accordance
with permanent tee time rules and regulations.
4. “The Hole in One” $1800 — Valid for one
permanent tee time Saturday or Sunday and
a 7-Day Season Pass. Package also includes
a Season Pass at Glenview Prairie Club. • “Hole in One” Permanent Tee Time Package
purchasers shall be intended users of their
permanent tee times. If it is determined the name
on the application is not the intended user of the
permanent tee time, all fees will be forfeited and
loss of time will occur.
5. “The Weekend Warrior” Upgrade $425 —
Add an extra day Saturday or Sunday.
Upgrade price is per player. • Glenview Park District residency. Acceptable forms
of identification include a current government issued
picture ID or a current utility bill.
Note: All additional rounds are valid anytime Monday
through Friday and after 10 am Saturdays and Sundays.
Rounds may be used by pass holder and one
additional guest playing in the same tee time.
Rounds are valid through November 30, 2019.
Permanent Tee Time fees are valid only during
selected tee time.
Application on inside
• Rain checks will not be issued unless course is
closed for play at the time of tee off.
Please Note: If a satisfactory tee time is not received,
a full refund will be offered for the cost of the season
pass purchased and/or prepaid green fees. Refund
request must be made no later than 7 days after the
tee time lottery.
