SUNDAY MIXERS
End your weekend with a relaxing round of golf. The Sunday Mixers is a casual 9-hole league with
tee times beginning at 3 pm, June 3 through August 25. League is prepaid and includes a Season
Kick-off and End of Season Party. No handicap required, it’s all about friendship and fun.

GLENVIEW MEN’S GOLF CLUB
When the Chesterfield Country Club was purchased by the Glenview Park District in 1955, a
small group of men who had played at Chesterfield formed the Glenview Men’s Golf Club.
The purpose of forming the club was to provide good fellowship among those who had a
common interest in the game of golf. Although the club membership at the beginning was
very small, it has grown over the years to over 200 members.

GLENVIEW SENIOR MEN’S LEAGUE
The Glenview Senior Men’s Golf League, active since 1976, is open to all men ages 55 and older.
The league plays 9-holes on Monday mornings May through September beginning at 7 am .
The league is comprised of regular weekly players and substitutes. The league finishes the
season with a team scramble and luncheon.

VILLAGERS
The Villagers Golf League is a Monday morning 9–hole women’s league which is open to all
women regardless of residency. There is no minimum skill level or handicap required for this
league which makes it an excellent starting point for the new league player. League play runs
May through late September.

GLENVIEW AMATEUR GOLFERS
The Glenview Amateur Golfers (G.A.G.), established in 1957, is an 18-hole Tuesday morning golf
league for women. It is open to Glenview Park District residents who shoot 110 or less for 18 holes.
The G.A.G. fields a team for competition in the Inter-Suburban Golf League and is affiliated
with the Illinois Women’s Golf Association and Women’s Western Golf Association.

GLENVIEW FRIDAY GOLFERS
The Glenview Friday Golfers, organized in 1945, is a 9-hole league open to residents of the
Glenview Park District. The league plays Friday mornings May through September, with tee
times beginning at 7 am. League fees are $150 and include monthly luncheons, weekly
games and formats set up for both fun and competition.
