small group training I CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
30-Minute Classes
Circuit Training - a variety of exercises targeting strength building and muscle endurance.
Fit & Fab Circuit - an advanced circuit class incorporating balance and strength for members over 55.
HIIT - high intensity interval training classes that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and
group style classes.
Kettlebells - whole body strength training using Kettlebells to perform explosive momentum driven exercises.
TRX - Put your body to the test in these training sessions that will leverage gravity and your body weight to
develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Simply adjust your body position to
add or decrease resistance to give you complete control over your workout.
45-Minute Classes
HIIT - high intensity interval training classes that will mix cardio and strength training in both circuit and
group style classes.
Ladies Only - a women only class that focuses on body toning and core.
60-Minute Classes
Team Training - Taught by certified personal trainers, these high-intensity sessions include a mix of cardio
and strength training utilizing TRX, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders, Kettlebells and MORE.
