small group training I Session DESCRIPTIONS
30-Minute Sessions
Circuit Training - a variety of exercises targeting strength building and muscle endurance.
HIIT - Tabata - high intensity interval training sessions that will mix cardio and strength training in
both circuit and group style classes.
Kettlebells - whole body strength training using Kettlebells to perform explosive momentum driven
exercises.
TRX - Put your body to the test in these training sessions that will leverage gravity and your body
weight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Simply adjust your
body position to add or decrease resistance to give you complete control over your workout.
45-Minute Sessions
Plyo-Strength - High intensity strength and conditioning session involving weight training, body
weight and core exercises.
Sweat and Sculpt – Session takes place on the barre and mat. Increase your heart rate with whole
body exercises followed by controlled low body movements to help build strength and endurance.
Emphasis on proper alignment, breathing and developing a strong core.
60-Minute Sessions
Team Training - Taught by certified personal trainers, these high-intensity sessions include a mix of
cardio and strength training utilizing TRX, Medicine Balls, Agility Ladders, Kettlebells and MORE.
*Please note that there are no SGT sessions on July 4.
