Miriam Perlacio, born in Peru, is a graduate of the Carlos Rosario School’s Culinary Arts Academy, and
started Little Bites Catering two years ago. She brings the best of Peruvian cuisine to the forefront with
tasty alfajores, Peruvian tamales, as well as exquisite cakes and desserts.
MENA’S BOYS GOURMET
Ana Mejía, Owner
Ana Mejia, originally from Honduras, graduated from the Carlos Rosario School’s Technology Academy.
In the Fall of 2016, she created her gourmet and organic pickled onions and products company, Mena’s
Boys Gourmet. Currently, she is promoting her products locally at bazaars, events, various distribution
points in D.C. and online.

Vilma Nuñez, born in Honduras, is a student at the Carlos Rosario School and participant in the Small
Business Program. She founded Orquidea Eats as a family-run business specializing in traditional
Honduran recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation with love. She is honored
to share traditional dishes like: baleadas, tajadas w/ chicken, tacos fritos, catrachitas and more!
