The camp was set up for 3 days, 28th, 29th and 30th of August; targeting mainly the support staff of the college who cannot afford or leave their working hours to visit clinics for their eye or dental check -ups. The checkup camp was provided for free to all within the college. The event did not just limit itself to students but included housekeeping, the security force, catering staff and teachers alike. A team of 8 doctors of the Orchid Clinic took over the dental and eye health of the entire campus. All three days saw an incoming of numerous housekeeping staff, the security persons in batches, the canteen staff, students and faculties too who were carefully explained by Dr. Tapas Raval and Dr. Dhruvi Raval about their eye and dental health, how they should take care and maintain their eye and dental health along with a team of well trained doctors.
