Dear Reader,
The winds of change are blowing. Or maybe that’s just El
Niño, I can’t really tell. I want you all to know that I took
these photos in a crazy rain storm on the beach in this dress
because I am dedicated to the SLO What? cause. Forever and
ever, amen.
Anyway, change.
When I started SLO What? back in July (can you believe there
are already five issues?!), I knew I wanted a place to show off
SLO and all its coolness, have an excuse meet amazing people,
take beautiful photos, and continue my journey to becoming
SLOprah. SLO What? will continue to fulfill all these purposes, and 2016 is going to bring even more oomph to every
one of them. We have big plans to make SLO What? the most
beautiful and SLO-est magazine you’ve set your eyes on, and
that starts with the photos and ends with the designing that
Alyssa, my Fashion Coordinator turned Design Coordinator, has done for this issue. SLO What? is about to get more
visual, more photographic, more jam-packed with the beauty
of the local talent, skills & hard work that makes this town so
incredible.
We know you’re going to love what’s coming up, and we are
so grateful for your continued readership and support. We
hope you have a blessed vacation and that you come back
