I
think it’s important
for every woman, man,
non-binary being,
to know that they are not
alone in their journey to
self love and acceptance. I
want them to realize it is an
ongoing process. Some days
you’re going to think you’re
absolutely killing it and
other days you wish yoga
pants and slides were work
appropriate. Life is too short
to wait to lose that last 10lbs
before you’re able to love
yourself. Take inventory of all
of the amazing qualities you
possess that have absolutely
nothing to do with your
physical being. Find the
beauty and joy in embracing
who you are in this exact
moment in time. S
