Try a trend and experiment
The problem with exercising regularly is that it can become just another boring task on your to-do list so to keep things exciting , try new fitness trends every few weeks to keep your mind and body guessing . HIIT ( High Intensity Interval Training ), yoga and body weight training are all incredibly popular this year but you could also go old-school and try a step class or Zumba .
Don ’ t do it alone
Even if you prefer to get sweaty without company , don ’ t make your fitness journey a lonely one . Tell friends and family about your goal this summer so they can keep you on the track to success when you want to give up . You never know , it might even encourage them to set their own fitness goals .
