Businesses’ demand for high-quality decision making is always great, as leaders and good managers are hard to come by. Studies show that there are four vital stages decision-makers need to follow to make that right choice: ACIP. A for Alternatives. When a significant choice or decision needs to be made, all the options should be considered. The decision-maker needs to ask themselves if there are any other ways to solve the problem.
