Becker: Why has your wrist been broken
for two years?
Garrett: It wasn’t me. My parents are kinda
against doctors and they said, “Oh it’ll heal
by itself” or whatever. But when I hurt it, I
was pretty sure that I broke it and they told
me to wait it out and give it a few weeks.
I gave it a few weeks and it still didn’t
get better, and then a couple months and
it still didn’t get better. And then I didn’t
really think about it anymore and I was
just used to it. But after a year and a half
I asked my mom if we could get it X-rayed
because it’s been over a year and it hasn’t
gotten any better. So we got it X-rayed and
the doctor said that it’s been broken for so
long that the bone had dissolved and I need
to replace that piece of bone. So I have to
take bone taken out of my hip screwed into
my wrist with aninch long screw. It’s going
to be fun.
Becker: So after this experience, do you
reccomend going to see a doctor when
you think you break your wrist?
Garrett: Yes I do. It seems like the logical
thing to do.
GARRETT HAS THESE OVERKROOKS ON LOCK.
Becker: Speaking of your hip, what is the
gnarliest rail you’ve ever tried?
Garrett: That god damn Soquel rail. I hate
"I have nightmares about it
still. It was a 7 , flat 7, flat 7,
flat 7, flat 7. 28 stairs."
